No. Clinical hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to speak or open your eyes at any time. I follow strict ethical guidelines, and you’ll never be asked to do or say anything that conflicts with your values.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients notice meaningful progress within 4–6 sessions, though this varies depending on your goals, history, and how consistently you engage between appointments. We’ll review progress together and adjust the plan as needed.

Is hypnotherapy safe and evidence-based?
